Telehealth counseling is an ever growing form of mental health service delivery. This workshop will outline the legal and ethical duties of counselors utilizing telehealth, and will provide a framework for best-practices for supervisors. Supervisors that don't use telehealth in their own practice will be aided by learning the ethical pitfalls their supervisees may encounter while practicing telehealth.

​​Austin Moore, LMFT, has been in practice for over 11 years. Austin began his career as a therapist at both partial hospitalization and acute hospitalization units. He has worked as clinical director and COO for partial-hospitalization and outpatient counseling agencies. Austin is currently in private practice at Counseling Associates of Edmond.
