I grew up in the sleepy towns of Canute and Elk City. I graduated from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in 2010 with a Bachelors in Science for Psychology and a Masters of Science in Community Counseling.

I started working in the mental health field in 2015 after being granted my Candicacy and completing my requirements to become a Licensed Professional Counselor in 2017.

The majority of my career in the mental health field has been with adults in a community mental health center, and with adults in court ordered rehabilitation programs.

In addition to counseling I have taught psychology for two years for Brown Mackie University.

I am married to a wonderful wife since 2016 who is also a therapist. I spend my personal time writing, training in marital arts, and fighting my two cats at home.

I love helping people build awareness about themselves and environment in order to help them address issues of depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, and stress management through individual, group, family, and couples counseling.
